OUR CENTER

Our nursing and rehabilitation center offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

We are the only nursing center in Vermont to provide a Horticultural Therapist. We also have an on-site, full-time respiratory therapist. Our center received the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award, Pinnacle Quality Insight’s Best in Class – Facility Appearance, and Best in Class – Programs and Services awards. We have also earned a Four-Star rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
